Reassembling Anthropology
Project
The project examines how the multifaceted lives and responsibilities of anthropologists from the Global South shape their research methods within neoliberal and precarious academic landscapes. Drawing on interviews and conversations with anthropologists based mainly in Latin America, the project seeks to highlight the methodological and ethnographic innovations that are emerging within contexts that are restrictive yet, at the same time, potentially fertile for experimentation and creation.
